Schedule. Organizations that conduct remediation activities or supply equipment used in such work will exhibit at the Conference. Exhibits will be on display from Sunday evening, May 23, through 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 26. The Exhibit Hall is adjacent to the platform and poster presentation, registration, breakfast, lunch, break, and reception areas. Because of the Exhibit Hall’s central location, exhibitors will have the opportunity to present information to a large audience of people who acquire and use environmental-management products and/or services at industrial and government sites around the world.

Fees. The fee for an 8-ft X 10-ft booth is US$3,995. The booth fee includes badges for two booth staff, permitting them to attend all meals and refreshment breaks; badges can be purchased for up to two additional booth staff for US$225 each. Booth-staff registrants will not be permitted to attend the technical program or give poster or platform presentations, nor will they receive the abstract CD or the proceedings. Technical program registrants may, of course, staff the exhibit booth as needed. Each exhibiting organization may designate up to two individuals to register for the technical program at a reduced rate of US$575 each. See Conference Registration for additional information.

Reserving Exhibit Space. The exhibit brochure contains the contract, the application form, and a floor plan that shows booths available as of January 10. Remaining space will be assigned on a first-come/first-served basis, according to when the applications are received. The application must be submitted to reserve a booth; payment is due with the application.
