Written proposals for financial support are accepted throughout the year.  Battelle's Charitable Distributions Committee meets several times per year to review requests that fall within our funding focus.  A response will be sent to all grant seeking organizations within two weeks following the review process.  There are no deadlines for submission.

 

Proposals should be three to five pages in length, without binding, and include the following:  organization mission statement; program description and evaluation mechanisms; list of current funders; financial statements including a synopsis of funds raised via the organization's board and constituency, corporations, and foundations; a current list of board members; recognition strategies for Battelle's support; and verification of nonprofit status (501©3 letter).  Proposals must include Battelle’s standard summary sheet to be considered for review. Requests not meeting the guidelines above will be declined and returned.
